Green Life Retirement has put through plans to start construction in downtown Whitby for the second location of Green Life Retirement Residence. Located perfectly in the downtown Whitby core, Green Life Retirement Residence leverages over twenty years of operation experience. Green Life Retirement in Trenton has integrated the Carrington Residence and has opened up their occupancy from the 37 rooms to 108 rooms. The Whitby location will have 118 rooms with the same open concept suites with an ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and large window. Throughout the building will have no-touch entry to have seamless ambulation, large dining hall and a number of activity rooms. Completion of this project is projected for Spring 2024.
